Returns and Refunds
DuaMia accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@duamia.com with your order number before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Eligibility and Refund Timing
Returned items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and for any loss in value caused by wear, damage, or incomplete packaging. After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Exchange Requests
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@duamia.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
